This is a rock solid game! not many games can be that. Cel damage is totally fun, goofy, and addicting.
Pros:
-Fun Gameplay
-Cool Cartoon feel
-Weapons are solid
-Characters are funny
-New feel
-Addicting

Cons:
-Not a big selection of characters.
-No customization of vehicles.
-AI can be hard at times.
-Same game over and over again

Overall, Cel damage is a decent game with cool graphics. It could be improved in the area of the characters and AI for the bots, but Cel damage is great
