This game really disappointed me. I was expecting a lot more.

I remember when i was in middle school not to long ago and they had the great hunting games for the pc. Unfortunately this game for the Xbox 360 was not one of those great hunting games. They made this game way too easy and didn't have really any hunting aspects at all besides firing your gun. Referring back to my first sentence, hunting games used to require skill and real techniques that hunters actually use. Whatever happened to setting up a tree/hunting stand, using lures, animal calls, spraying scent, or using an actual gridded map that required navigating to hunt your animals. This game had none of that. The map was so small and closed off, that it pretty much directed you right to your animal your hunting. They had no kind of baits or lures to set up in order to trap your animal.

Another stupid thing is that you could not drive your own vehicle. You would have your guide drive you around and all you do is pretty much do a "drive-by" on a herd of animals. This was really easy and would make a mission in a vehicle last maybe 30 seconds or so.

There was this one feature that was kind of cool, but once again took away the skill factor of hunting. There is this thing called "hunter scent" or something like that, and this allowed you to slow down time so that you could easily hit your target. Once again this made the game way too easy....again.

I did like this thing that whenever you achieved a "perfect" shot, it would do a slow motion action on your bullet and it would show it hit the animal up close.

Overall this game is rather poor. However it is only about $25.
