This is one dog that anyone would love to own.
The story is based in a way not on the movie itself but on the tv show that the main characters Bolt and his owner Penny star in as they are trying to save Penny's father who has been kidnapped by the evil green eyed man as he is being forced to create dangerous weapons to take over the world so it is ip to the two young heroes to put a stop to it as they try to save the world , stop the green eyed man's plans and save Penny's father all in one big mission.
There are over five locations to visit in the game itself ( there are really four as the area in Italy is more of a training level to get you into knowing the controls of the game ) as the areas include Italy , some jungle I think it's the Amazon , Russia . China and the final area of the game where the big battle takes place as each area has it's missions to complete as you control either Bolt or Penny as you use their special skills to get through the levels so while exploring the areas be sure to keep a eye open for special items like bonus min games that can be played at anytime and there is also the yellow and green bottle like items that can be used to increase their health and power which you will need to look really well for in the game as you need ten to increase one of the bars.
Both Penny and Bolt have different skills that are different for each other as Penny is able to make herself disappear so that enemies will not see her , throw knock out bombs and use her wheeling bar to climb to different areas while Bolt is more interesting to play as he gets to fight the enemies with his super powers that were given to him by Penny's dad as he can shoot lasers from his eyes , unleash a powerful bark that can blow enemies away , run at super speed and his strength to move heavy objects with only the help of his teeth.
I liked the movie Bolt and I really enjoyed playing through the game so if you are someone that enjoys either of when I said then give it a try as it worth having in the collection.
