Watch Halo 5 Blue Team Opening Cinematic
"Blue Team, fall out."
Microsoft has published another new video for Halo 5: Guardians, this one showing off the opening cinematic for the game's second mission, which is called "Blue Team." As the name suggests, this mission sees Blue Team, led by Master Chief, boarding a lost ONI research facility to wipe out the Covenant on it.
In addition to Master Chief (John-117), the other Blue Team members are Fredric-104, Kelly-087, and Linda-058. In Halo 5, they are pitted against Fireteam Osiris, led by Spartan Locke. More details about the two sides will be revealed in the upcoming animated show Halo: The Fall of Reach, which is an adaptation of the Eric Nylund novel of the same name. It arrives October 27 alongside Halo 5.

GameSpot recently played a portion of Halo 5's campaign. You can watch some videos and read our thoughts about it in this feature.
"Halo 4 told an endearing, emotional story between Chief and Cortana, and as 343 Studios' second original Halo title, I'm interested to see if that will carry over in Halo 5's final release, and extend the longevity of the already prolific series," editor Mike Mahardy wrote.
