Stoked Rider site updated

Bongfish updates its official Stoked Rider Web site with information on the game's editor tools. New screens inside.

Austria-based Bongfish has recently updated its official Stoked Rider Web site with information on some of the ways in which players will be able to modify the game using its editor tools. Originally scheduled for release this year, Bongfish has recently confirmed that the cel-shaded snowboarding game's release has been pushed back to sometime in 2004 so that it can ship with all of the modding capabilities that players must have in order to create and distribute their own courses.

The information recently added to the site involves the graphical editor that players use to give their courses unique looks through different sky and weather effects. Parameters available in the editor will include the time of day, sky turbidity, snowfall strength, wind strength, bad weather, panorama cloud height, scene cloud layer density, and volumetric cloud distribution--the results of which can be seen in today's screenshots.

For more information on Stoked Rider, which will feature free-ride legend Tommy Brunner, check out our previous coverage of the game.
