Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines will be receiving English-localized PC version of the game; closed and open beta dates unconfirmed.
While North America and Europe are still waiting for release date news regarding Phantasy Star Online 2, Asia will be getting the PC version in early 2014.
Publisher Asiasoft will release an English version of the free-to-play MMO from Sega in six Southeast Asian countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. This version of the game will come with localized environmental art and costumes; specifics on this have yet to be detailed.
The closed and open beta schedules for this English version have yet to be disclosed. Sega announced that PSO2's online service in Japan has reached more than 2.5 million registered IDs and 107,000 concurrent users as of August this year.
Sega pushed back the North American version of PSO2 from early 2013 to an unconfirmed period.
