You can pay for every Killer Instinct character and stage right now, alongside a bunch of other digital stuff like the classic games. However, if you want them in a physical package, you'll have to wait until September--you can preorder the Definitive Edition on Amazon now.

Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition comes with all 26 characters and 20 stages from the first three seasons. A fourth season has not been announced, but you'll likely have to pay extra for its content. Also included are the classic games, Killer Instinct (1995) and Killer Instinct 2; the original soundtrack; and a bonus skin pack, which includes Gold Gargos.

Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition costs $40 and is only available for Xbox One. You can, however, pay for all of the characters and stages in the digital versions of Killer Instinct on both Xbox One and PC. The digital Killer Instinct: Supreme Edition costs $50 and includes every available character, costume, and accessory, in addition to 18,000 KI Gold and a VIP 2 XP Booster.

This isn't Killer Instinct's first physical edition. The Combo Breaker Pack included all of Season 1's characters, in addition to a download code for Season 2's TJ Combo.

Killer Instinct's latest character was announced at E3 2016 after months of rumours. Gears of War villain General Raam is available now, equipped with a serrated dagger and the ability to summon Kryll to attack. There is still one more character to be released for Season 3. GameSpot will keep you updated as more information is revealed.
