Ahead of its release on May 6, Sony today released the first trailer for the PlayStation 4 version of its professional baseball game MLB 14: The Show.
The trailer shows off the game's new stadiums (complete with more detailed crowds), its redone lighting engine, and the eerily accurate grass and facial hair animation system. The PS4 version of MLB 14: The Show runs in 1080p.
MLB 14: The Show is already available for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita. If you picked up a copy on those platforms, you can carry your progress over to the PS4 version through the game's cross-save functionality.
Sony has not announced an upgrade program for users who already own the PS3 version of MLB 14: The Show and want a copy of the PS4 version, but GameStop is offering a discount for qualified users.
