Bethesda announced today that its updated Vault-Tec Workshop DLC for Fallout 4 is out now on all platforms. The game will update automatically on Xbox One and PC, but it's a little more complicated for PS4 players.

If you play Fallout 4 on PS4, you'll first need to make sure the game isn't running. You can double-check by highlighting Fallout 4, hitting the Options button, and selecting "Close Application." Once that's done, you'll need to go to "Related Items," which can be found below the Fallout 4 icon on the dashboard. Next you'll select "My Add-Ons" and then make your way to the download arrow next to Vault-Tec Workshop. You'll then have to wait for it to download and install before booting up Fallout 4.

If the above doesn't work, then Bethesda recommends you delete and reinstall Fallout 4 and its add-ons. The update should add missing textures, fix NPC-related bugs, and correct audio issues. You can see the full list of fixes in the list at the bottom of this article.

In related news, PS4 players continue to wait for mods to arrive on the console, and there's still no release date. Bethesda marketing executive Pete Hines said the PS4 mods program is currently under "evaluation" and doesn't have a day for when it will be ready to go.

The PS4 received a patch yesterday which added features like support for Nuka-World, a new store art type for Workshop settlements, and the ability to delete add-ons without doing a full uninstall. It also made numerous fixes. You can see the full details here.
