Snowy hunger games.

As part of its E3 2017 press briefing, Microsoft revealed The Darwin Project as a console exclusive to Xbox One. With a cartoony art style reminiscent of Team Fortress 2, this survival action game pits multiple players in a snowy battle royale setting. It's the first game from Montreal-based Scavengers Studio.

Its premise is half gameshow, half science experiment as inmates survive the cold wilderness and fight to the death. In other words, Canadian Hunger Games where you’re both predator and prey. As a twist, this reality show also features a director who controls the arena, adding another level of engagement.
