If you're not impressed by some of the feats Dark Souls players have pulled off in the past, then here's a new one for you: A player has beaten Dark Souls III without leveling up, rolling, blocking, or parrying.

Twitch streamer TolomeoR completed the feat in 50-60 hours (via PC Gamer), and you can take a look at all of the run's boss fights in the playlist here. Tolomeo says Soul of Cinder accounted for about a quarter of his run, taking him 15 hours to defeat. Knowing that, it's impressive to watch his attempt at what some consider to be the most difficult boss in the game. You can check it out for yourself in the video below.

Tolomeo started with the standard broadsword, which he used up until Champion Gundyr. He then switched to Astora's Straight Sword, thank to the Priestess Ring. Additionally, he used the Cloranthy, Flynn's, and Lloyd's Sword rings to help him throughout his run.

A different player beat Dark Souls III in under two hours, back when the game wasn't even out in North America. Before that, a Dark Souls II player beat that game in 20 minutes.

Dark Souls III received a score of 8 in GameSpot's review, in which critic Mike Mahardy said, "This is the essence of Dark Souls III: periods of doubt, followed by great reward. The journey may be rocky, but there's a throne waiting at the end."
