Highly enjoyable & realistic Shooter, not run in & kill all...

Very challenging and rewarding when you achieve your objectives in Single player game. Some of the missions are unbelievably difficult, but does leave you with great satisfaction once you manage to finish them successfully. Patience is a virtue. It takes one mission to make you realize that Arma II is not a average shooter that can be played by any that takes more than a little bit of skill. I love the fact that there are more than just "run in and kill all", involved to be successful in the Game play.
The strategy side of Arma II makes my involvement in the Game play so much more critical to outcome of the Objectives. The AI could be a bit more responsive to some of the commands given, but this is only in some cases. Because of the size and all of the options available to you as player, you can find all the commands that are needed a bit daunting. Great to be able to edit and create my own missions with friends and multi-play online. A pretty serious PC is needed to have Arma II run smoothly, because of the cumbersome engine it runs on. Hopefully this can be improve with future development.
