Where killing demons becomes pathetic.

Hello, Eido! We meet again! How are your games? Good. Then what's this crap you put on the shelves!?! This game that you see before you is the only game that really makes demon killing stupid. This game tried way too hard to make Hell look like the most gruesome place on Earth, from poorly graphiced blood baths, to cheesy enemy models, like a giant ostrich-like bird. Akuji is a warrior who was been sent to Hell to collect the souls of his evil ancestors and bring them to the devil to return to the land of the living. Well, good luck with that. The game was really rushed. The controls are unresponsive and the graphics are completely dull, even for a PS game. You are equipped with only two weapons in the whole game, your blades (which are the least powerful of your weapons) and a bunch of spells that have the corniest of names like "Fire Burst", "Ring of Death", and "Soul Seeker". Collect hearts to regain your health and collect one hundred stupid voodoo dolls to gain a life. A lot of the enemies you fight are just giant animals like the bird I mentioned earlier and giant dragonflies. Other enemies are grim reapers and giant worms. These enemies didn't make me happy, it just proved how horrible the game was. The storyline is just too unoriginal. Save your woman from your evil brother. The levels are horribly designed to where sometimes, you become completely lost or baffled by the nearly impossible puzzles the game puts you with. Also, don't think the boss fights are fun. I just beat the first boss before I turned off this game and hoped I could sell it.
