Zool will always hold a special place in my heart. It was one of the very first games I played and one I hold responsible for my addiction to gaming ever since. I was but a young child when I first encountered the little black guy. I found the controls hard, the gameplay hard and I never thought I'd be any good at it. Zool taught me patience, strategy and logic and gave me a love for gaming. The graphics weren't perfect, the sound was pretty crappt at times and looking back at it now the game was dreadful when compared to some of the giant, multi-coloured, flashy games of today. However, back then it was the best thing since sliced bread and even today it's fun to bust it out and have a blast on it just because the classics really are the best sometimes.
