Realistic drive but bad in cars graphic...
You have two option in the game while creating your profile "arcade and simulation" modes. Arcade is the easiest mode of the game as you do not have all the simulation realist situation. The Simulation one have all thus making it more real and difficult.
For a Rally game I found the Championship(Career mode) bad as it is not the same as in the WRC Rally Championship. You have some race and only 3 race per island and also only four opponent that is completely difficult in the real rally championship. As if we take WRC Rally Championship we have a rally that have a lot of partials and that take some days to complete but the game have only 3 race per rally.
About cars, graphically it is very bad as the car isn't well detailed for a game like that. The choice of car for the game is very limited and the cars and no to popular.
At last the game is very boring as it is always practically the same and not too much changes will going further in the game.
