A movie tie-in that's actually better than the celluloid (yep, Logan looks better on the PS3 than on Blu-ray)!

This is a chop-them-up and spit-them-out game which should not be missed. With elements of Uncharted, Assassin Creed and a few Spider-Man moves this X-Man can kick some serious butt in the past, present and future (well, the story line can get a bit confusing at times with all the remember-when scenarios). The graphics are solid, the voice acting is spot on (and why not seeing Hugh Jackman 'is' Wolverine), and the game play is 100% fun (if you don't mind 150% gore). There's plenty of spilled guts, missing body parts and flying heads to satisfy any hard core gamer with a taste for the red stuff. Sure the game isn't perfect but with so much hack and slash going on it's easy to forgive its shortcomings (if you can find them)! X-Men Origins: Wolverine is definitely one of the best movie tie-ins the PS3 has seen in a very long time so if you're keen for some serious super hero action where you can kill bad guys with glee (and not just put them in sleeper holds like in Batman) then this is the game for you...
