If you didn't like the last one, then this one won't be any better, but for those who did, then this one is amazing.

When I started playing X-men Legends 1, I didn't like it that much, but I played it anyways. I started out playing it exclusively alone, but then my brother joined in and it became a lot more enjoyable. When I beat the game, I realized that I enjoyed it. It was a fun game and being able to control your favorite X-men character was a blast. This one is the same, but now you get to play as members of "The Brotherhood of Evil", which includes Magneto, Toad, Scarlet Witch, and Juggernaut.

There are a few major differences in this one that make it a lot more appealing than the last one. First, you get almost all the characters right off the bat. Right after the starting sequence you can play nearly all the characters you get, which means you don't have to play through half the game to get to your favorite X-man. Secondly, in the sequel you can pay Forge to redistribute your skill points. So now if you have a better move, but hate to waste all those skill points on an old move you can redistribute those skill points and refine your characters.

The graphics aren't much better than the last, but that doesn't mean they're bad. The cinematics are near movie quality and add a sense of grandeur to the game. This game also delves into the "Age of Apocalypse" storyline from the comic books, which I personally feel is the coolest alternate storyline ever done to a major comic book series.

The only problems I have with this game is that trudging through the dungeons can be a bit tedious, but the managing of heroes and ever-changing bad guys helps keeps the boredom to a minimum. The other problem I have is that Psylocke from the first one is not included in this one, which is disappointing. The game itself is enjoyable, if you liked the last one.

The last thing that I really liked is the variety of costumes offered in this one is much better than the last one. I also love the fact that Archangel is bad ass,
