this is one of the most realistic Rally games ever

WRC 4 is a great looking game with very improved graphics and mechanics,compared to the previous and great 3rd installment,it looks like several years passed through,i bought it one year ago,and i just try it and throwed it to my collection dustpin,not because was bad,but because it's not easy to play it,and i don't really love auto sims,except three or four titles,and yesterday i was digging to see wheter i found something old and interesting,and i started playing it,and guess what?,i didn't sleep for almost 24 hours playing it,is really addictive,and it has some small strategy elements like customizing your vehicle for different kinds of rally circuits,and different kinds of soils,like grava,snow(dry,wet,etc),you have to be able to understand your car compatibility with the environment on every single track,you got several game modes such as:

championship mode
kuick race
online multiplayer
1600c(if you don't understand this just compare it to football second division,shorter and easier)
and some more also cool features.

throughout the game,you will race on many different countries and tracks(Montecarlo,Sweden,Italy,Spain,etc)all of them very good rendered,if not accurate very real to those contries geographical properties,and no wonder you can enjoy many different and gorgeous landscapes.
You are not alone,like always you have a co-pilot who will indicate you what to do,specially in hard to do turns and narrow spaces,as well it will tell you details of the road conditions,that are very different even on the same track,making it a close to real experience.
It's also included of course and important,the Sim versions of your favorite Rally autos like:
tsubaru
mitsubishi
citroen
skoda
ford
and with great engine power comes a great power:

Sebastian loeb
Carlos sainz

are just two of about 15 of the great rendered pilots,you will find in the game.

There's another thing,deppending on your driving skills on each track your car will take serious damage,and you have to fix it as soon as you can after each race finish(limited time 20 mins,it depends on how much damage you take,sometimes the engine can be very broke,so it will take 10 mins to fix,and that's half of your time))so you have to be very careful as sometimes time will play agains you and you will head to the pitch with a faulty vehicle,making it easier to loose.

the graphics i already said are great,now let's talk about the sound,the sound of the race is really fine,you will not complained about this,the soundtrack is also cool,and very fit for the game style.
the game play is really realistic and challenging

To summarize,i strongly recommend you this game,if you like close to real experiences like Gran Turismo,WRC4 will make a fine add to your collection.It's more simple,but it's also a lot of fun and lengthy experience.
