Check the faction population before you buy it and subscribe.

This game is focused on World PvP. However, there are faction balance issues on some PvP servers. I've returned from 3 years retirement ended up seeing very low population for my faction. It's been 7 months on both Illidan and Mug'Thol server.

You are forced to do dailies to get your PvE upgrades and profession recipes. Been enduring being outnumbered while doing dailies all the time. Cross-realm zones are non-existant for Pandaria zones. Getting a raid for PvE and RBG is out of reach for these servers.

Another problem with this game is awful class/spec balancing. There are classes that completely dominates you and there is no way you can fight back even with proper spec and PvP gear.

If you have characters on PvP servers, it's recommended to create a new account and check it first. Blizzard will not fix the faction balance issues. Been around for 7 months without any improvement already tells me the answer. The game is good, ruined by huge class/spec imbalance and server balancing issues when it comes to PvP servers.
