Best Footy series around.
In Pro Evo Soccer, you have to work to get a goal. And when you finally put one in the back of the onion bag you actually feel like you accomplished something. And that is what makes this game special. It feels like soccer. The players maybe in the right positions but the passes can occasionally go awry. It's not the pinpoint-laser like passing of Fifa. It also does a great job of separating the star players and teams from the lesser lights.
Where it loses out is on the pizazz. There is a distinct shortage of licensed clubs. This edition has only Man U and Arsenal from the Premiership. So if you must play as Liverpool or Chelsea you'll have to do it as Merseyside Red and London Blue or something like that. Also, graphically it's behind Fifa. It's not ugly, in fact it looks pretty good to my eyes, it's just that Fifa is prettier.
All that aside, if you are looking for a soccer game that plays and feels like soccer this is it!
