Although short, Wario World is an addicting game that contains lots of unlockables to go back for.

I was amazed at this game. I've played through heaps of awsome bosses, only to find out that this game was extreamly short. Even so, I still love this game. It's still pretty addicting and fun to go back for so many unlockables. Wario World is the first Wario game I've bought, nd since then, Wario has been my all time favorite Mario character. And I've been collecting as many of his games as I could since. And I still do. You see, this isn't just a platformer. It's also a puzzle game and a beat 'em up, featuring tons of boss battles. There are more bosses than there are levels, actually. Quite a shame too. Wario World had such potential and creativity, and could been so much longer. The game has you playing as Wario, as you already know, who was once sitting in his castle after his last adventure laughing about how much treasure he has. But then, a dark gem is awakened by his laughingm and busts out of the treasure chest he was in. After that Wario's castle is turned into some strange dimension, which Wario is trapped in, with 4 gates, with 2 areas in each, and a guardian door, and Wario must go through all 8 areas behind the gates in order to get his castle back to normal and get back his treasure. Oh, and his treasure was turned into monsters. Each time you complete 2 levels, a huge boss battle will be opened. Each boss battle is completly random and doesn't feature too much strategy, like most beat 'em ups. And each level is very long, besides the first 2 levels. The game features amazing graphics, along with an amazing sountrack. If you die in the middle of a level or boss fight, you'll have to pay a fine to continue, and if you don't have enough money, you'll be sent back to the main hub with the 4 gates. And if you fall down a cliff or something in the middle of a level, you'll be sent to some strange room with floating hippo heads that are unkillable, and they'll try to take as much of your treasure as they can. In order to escape these rooms, you must brake open as many boxes as you can until you find one with a spring in it that sends you back up to the main level. Also, you'll start out with little health hearts, and if you find all the parts to a Wario statue in each level, you'll gain a heart. In order to get more life, you must either find a piece of garlic refill a heart, or buy one from a garlic salesman, who will charge even more every time you buy one. So, overall, this is a short puzzle, platformer and beat 'em up game that is extreamly addicting and thatcontains a variety of enemies and bosses, that is worth buying and playing. But it's a shame it was so short.
