This game has a following with people still making maps within the last year, still playing online at e-warzone, with a facebook group page of past Outlaws players, and an active forum. There are thousands of user made maps, not just 75. There is a real die hard commuinity with this game. We will be playing this in another 15 years!
Best western ever? You people are out of your mind or letting the nostalgy speak for you. Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood beats the crap out of Outlaws in every aspect.
This is my favorite FPS from the 90s. Best Western game not named Red Dead Redemption. Great story/setting, memorable cartoony cutscenes and Westerny music, very fun gameplay.
PLAY IT DEFINITELY if you like old-school FPS. Hope they make a sequel or HD remake of this.
classic shooter, and tough! LucasArts shooters were always unrelentingly difficult and spared no expense drawing you in and enveloping you in their world. Enormous, puzzle-filled levels.
My best friend (I've known him since 1996) had this game and we used to play it a lot when we were still little boys... Man, I have way too many good memories from the 90s! It feels just like yesterday, even though it's been over 15 years... Time passes too quickly... :/
I used to play this heaps when I was a kid along with Monkey Island, Day of The Tentacle and many others. I'm glad I bought the Big-box edition of it last year, all the nostalgia :3
Such an awesome game. I remember playing this when I was little with my older brother. One of my best memories of when I was young. Oh how I'll miss you LucasArts, you really made some quality memories for me.
