GS News Top 5 - Wii U is selling, Watch Dogs delayed and RE7 is happening?!

Watch Dogs was the main notice, i guess, this week. I still have hope with Wii U, lol, im really having fun with mine, Rayman Legends it's awesome, now going to start playing the Wind Waker, and soon, a new Mario. Sonic don't look so good, sadly, but i like the franchise and platform games, for sure i'm going to check it.

I used to love the weekend... But, now I dread it's coming. They're now the worst days of the week. Lifeless and dry like a searing desert of stopped time.

Boo! to Watch Dogs delay...for some reason I never believe when they say "need more time to make it better" excuse.. :P If it only takes a remake of an old Zelda to boost Wii U sales..just imagine when the proper Wii U Zelda game gets released. Bleh to RE7 ..until I see it...its gonna end up being Evil Within vs RE7. :P

So, the Wii-Who sales are up 680%, so that's like 5 units/GameStop store for a month? Sorry, shouldn't pick on them...

On a totally unrelated point, can you get a different commercial lead in for Game Stop videos? I don't care that's a PS4 commercial, that's fine. It's just that the singing is so pathetic and atonal...

Xbone, shouldn't be named it yet as it's not out and I don't know what to expect. Wasn't a fan initially, but with the changes, I can be swayed. But, I hear PS4 has the same innards, so besides the Kinect, which could be good, I think Popular Mechanics made a poor choice or was bought out.

We will know in a month or so.

a wiiu zelda machine effectively makes it a 300+ usd game that just happens to come with a console on the side... so no, thank you. RE needs a reboot already but dont go dmc all over it capcom. delays happen a fair bit often for launches of new consoles so thats not new but still slightly disappointing as this was one looking forward to.

Capcom has made so many bad Resident Evil entries in the past few years. I really want RE 6 to be great, but I'm not too confident in Capcom. #EvilWithin

The Wii U is selling! And in other news, Microsoft says the Kinect is lame, Sony bans used games, and David Cage complains that today's games have to much story telling in them and his next game will be a MOBA.

the xb1 is going to kick ass , hopefully the ps4 will as well . competition is good for consumers

I would've gotten an Xbox One except : I hate that they are forcing Kinect on us, I can't stand gimmicks when it comes to gaming and I learned from last gen that Playstation has better exclusives and won't make the same mistake twice by going with microsoft.

Yeah the Kinect is pretty cool and nifty from a user interface perspective, but it doesn't have the "wow" factor that I'm looking for when the console price difference is $100. As long as this 3D interface is confined to a 2D screen, it will be "eh" to me. Make the Kinect the doorway to a holographic display and I'll look again.

Also, XB1 won't have Last Guardian. So there.

I am very much hoping that we will see more cross platform play this console generation. In particular, I want Destiny to be cross platform.

Wouldn't mind seeing an old-school RE game, though the farthest back I can admit to is Code Veronica (which was AWESOME). And the more I consider it lately the more XBONE seems like a decent choice, though the Titanfall game is the only reason that I might consider going with that instead at the moment. At least its kinda neutral now and not outright s***ty.

Btw, anybody else getting weird moments of the music volume going up and down?
