Google released it's annual "Year in Search" report for 2018, and the top game is no surprise. Fortnite has dominated the battle royale scene across PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. However, Epic Games will nerf the new Infinity Blade weapon soon.
