If the University of Singapore development team is smart, they should keep it to only the iPad. This game won't be able to compete on the desktop markets, especially with its current level of sophistication in the gameplay, which is just decent by the standards of the strategy genre. Besides, the developers appear to have realized one of the advantages of touch-screen controls when designing RTS games on tablet devices: the player can set complicated paths for units with just motions of the finger. With the mouse and keyboard, there tends to be a lot of annoying shift-clicking and such to set flags and stuff.
