Prequel to VPL. This game is excellent, I enjoyed it very much.

I played this game around Thanksgiving last year. I really liked it. It was fun, and enjoyable. There are a few problems with this game. First off, this game is hard. The difficulty will force you to power level your characters in order to stand a chance at victory. The battle system is a little weaker than VPL. Gets boring over time. Learning new skills can be a bit of a chore. Aside from all of the problems, this is an excellent game. The story in this game rules! I liked the events in Asgard the most :). The characters in this game are cool. I like Alicia (the main character). In my mind, Adonis is the best Einheirjar in the game, you must get him people! The music in this game is awesome! My favorite song is the one from the Hall of Valhalla. I also liked the music in Lezard's Dream World. Lezard is evil! The graphics in this game are good. It mixes 2D with 3D. What I'm saying is, is that the graphics are 3D, but you travel on a 2D plane. A great PS2 game to play. Overall, excellent game despite the flaws, cool characters, awesome music, excellent story, all right battle system, great graphics. If you own a PS2, try this game out!
