A nice play, but after a bit it rubs off.

This game appealed to me time ago, it looked like a fast-pased shooter, i think the shield gave it this kind of look. The fact that you could shoot then hide sounded brilliant, it looked like the kinda thing i wanted in a game, duck and cover. But the problem really is the enemys, the AI is good, they do what they are supposed to,some carry cleavers so want to get close to melee you. The game is also a kinda horror, when playing for the first time, turning corners with low life could get very scary, then a chainsaw wielding enemy may pop out and make you soil your pants. I think the graphics are alright, in this game theres no need for top quality graphics, infact the graphics suit it very well.
Though another problem in the game is the medals, i enjoy getting the medals, but going through levels trying to get head shots can be very annoying, mainly because if you want to gun and run itll get you killed, this is because if you want to get a headshot you need to be patient -by hiding behind ur shield maybe- and the enemys just want to kill you, they dont need a headshot to get some new armour, so it gets very annoying, especially when you are one headshot from a medal and theres no enemys left to get a headshot. This may cause you too kill yourself and go back to the last checkpoint, which will then stop you from getting another medal. This can be very annoying, you can however get past this, by replaying levels over and over again. Which can get more annoying.
So really the key to the game is to be patient, which makes this game nothing like what i got from the adverts.
So if you want a game that may take some time to complete (theres over 200 medals to collect) then buy this, otherwise, stick to Black ;~]
