Well I was quite dissapointed when I first booted this game up. The menus are awful looking and the presentation overall is just messy. It seems as though atari wasn't interested in hiring artists to design the start screen or setup menus because they are some of the ugliest screens ever seen on an xbox game to date. You can usually tell what kind of game your getting when you see the first screen...that may sound shallow...but real gamers pay attention to detail and well this game....mmmm lacks it big time. The transfer from what was an excellent pc game to an xbox game did not happen fluently as you will notice a decrease in framerate...lighting effects and colour depth. On top of the presentation problems lies online hell...and while the game does support xbox live(great) the developers forgot to run betas(bad) on this puppy cause myself and all others playing the game on live have been kicked several times while playing a game on XMP. The lobby also presents a huge problem...one you cant talk to teamates prior to the match to develop strategies and two you have to press a button to get to a long (i mean long..................) loading screen. Unacceptable atari....wont be buying an atari published game for awhile since it seems they rush the developers to finish games on time. There will be patch after patch until our harddrive cant fit anymore just like the first unreal and its sad to see a good game put to its death by a publisher that rather make money than create a faithful and content customer base.
