A big improvement from the first one.

Every little flaw from the first one has been improved by quite a bit, one huge improvement is that it doesn't take 50 shots to kill one person, ok I am exaggerating, but that was really annoying in the first one, and also there is more ammo and not only that, there is an abundance of it there are some weapons that are actually in certain areas that you can grab easily. The story was much better on this one also, I really enjoyed it and it made this game really special for me. There are also different areas in this game, in the first one you just stayed in the same area the same time and it made it a little stale at times, but on this one there are more areas to explore which makes you want to keep playing, in fact there are many areas that I feel are the best in the series, like the train scene this part in the game was one of my favorite parts for good reason, just going from one train part to the next train part was just really fun, you also had to avoid certain obstacles while you climbed and it was just a really fun scene in the game, and there wasn't a short supply of really memorable areas in this game, the ice area you go through is visually stunning and this is where the scary part(sort of) comes into play. On the first Uncharted you had these zombie like creatures (The Spaniards), which really made no sense but I will admit that they were kind of scary, well they have a new type of scary beast.

I honestly don't know what they are called however, I would be lying if I didn't say I was a little bit scared when you got into encounters with these creatures. I definitely liked these creatures compared to the ones in the first one. The final boss was actually quite good, again a lot better compared to the first one, the ending was also really really good.

Overall this was just a really good game, the controls were good like the first one and the music and graphics were also just as good as the first one, everything just was great for me, the progression from one clue to the next wasn't overbearing, and most of the puzzles from these were easy and not cryptic, some gamers might want more of them considering most of the game revolves around it, but I would have to disagree the puzzles are okay but sometimes they just become too tedious, and Uncharted 2 did not let that happen so I really appreciate that on this game. As usual the voice acting was superb and the new characters were no exception they were voiced very well also, at first I wasn't a huge fan of Chloe Frazer but as the story went on I really did enjoy her as a character. Also Lazarevic was a really believable boss, he was truly evil and they did an outstanding job developing his character, you could really tell that this guy was an insane mad man and sure the boss fight with him was not the best one I have ever played however I feel they truly tried their best to make something at of it so it was pretty good. If you like The Uncharted series you must get this game, seriously they outdid themselves on this one.
