Come up with map -> Make explosive event -> Walk a bit ->Explosion ->Chapter end.

You'd think they'd at least get the gunplay right, but no. It feels lose. While some will say it's intentionally because "shooting isn't the focus", well, apart from the endless hordes of enemies, the platforming is even worse than the shooting.

I'll give it to then for the funny characters and quality voice acting. But the story could be written by a 16 year old after watching The Mummy.

They also got some puzzles and treasures in there just to be done with the checklist.

Levels look good... but looking good is not enough for a game.

The cover system is there just to be there. They didn't even try to include their own touch. Just like if the only thought behind starting the production of the game was "Gears of War exist, is the lastest successful trend and we believe we are a capable studio, so let's up them". They did up them in everything but gameplay.
