I longed for the X-COM feeling, and got a partly new experience. It was fun all the way to the last mission.

GOOD:

Perfect game lenght.

The strategy in missions are very important - which is key for the whole game. Placing your troops wrong can head to a quick defeat. You have to have a feeling for when to attack and when to defend certain places.

The "turn based / real time" function is a joy - very good!

The overall difficulty is really challenging. Some missions is just far more difficult than the ones before - which leads to caution and good focus.

The sounds and music are fine. In this type of game it's effect ful to have times where the background sound or music turns mute. It gives the gameplay a psychological twist.

The graphics meet my standards at the time I played it. hopefully it will meet yours!

BAD:

Usage of certain types of weapons seemed unnecessary which lead to the troopers being to similar.

Sometimes it felt like the developers hadn't tested the game enough. Some parts felt buggy even though it kept together until the end.

Repetitive terrain.

I dont like that I can't change the real names on my crew. I want to make them MINE in that sense.

The last mission was a utterly disappointment. It was hard but not fun.
