That was just a general overview in which you look for in all games.
UFC undisputed 3 as i shall call it for the rest of the review (UFC 3) is by far the best game in the series and in the market for MMA games or even for sport-fighting games meaning not only blitzing EA'S MMA but also Fight Nights.
Firstly as a impatient fan i was not happy with the extra year lay off now that i have the game it was the greatest decision they ever made. They took everything they did right in 2009 and polished it, they took everything that was half good in 2010 and made it completely good and everything they did wrong in both series and made it right most importantly they did took what the actual UFC had to offer and put it in UFC 3 and gave it its own signature instead of living in the shadows of the past 2 and made it the best in the series. COD MW3 polished everything from MW2 UFC 3 Polished, strengthened and added to UFC thats the key difference if you just polished a game it wouldn't be worthy of 9's n 8.5's this certainly is. Its added a ton of new fighters added something that could have been a game in itself which is pride mode which really changes the experience and makes u feel like a king in both worlds or a dud at that to, what PRIDE does is give a new and fresh world to explore which really puts two games in one and will almost certainly never make the expedience receptive. The game has many different difficulty levels for all, and a new control for the ground game for new comers and the classic for champions and veterans alike.
The Career mode is now all about fighting and choosing camps and really building as a fighter not managing and playing the game to be a further manager but now to actually be a further fighter and having a MMA expirence instead of previous titles giving the expedience of a manger.
The Online is much much much much BETTER other then a problem with the server which is annoying but can be overlooked considering it shall be fixed and its temporarily. The online gives u a grade it also doesnt make you wait 45mins to find a match like the others did. The most severe cases of lag are really nothing especially compared to the other games and lag will always be found with connection issue but its safe to say that this is generally lag free online play. It takes u at most 5-6mins to find a match in that.
Also in order to be a force in the game you need to have a game plan and strategy which includes piking fighter that actually suit you instead of the best fighter this ALWAYS adds to the experience in any game and definitely in this game. Now Rampage and Rashad are not the go to guys instead some may choose to go for Anderson Silva cause of his deadly clinch or choose Jon Jones for his great wrestling and unorthodox striking or a frank Mir if your an artist at making people give up.
The new submission system there is not much to be said other then the fact that is WAS NEEDED and explains why you have or haven't tapped or been tapped out.
Other then the long tedious title defense mode which is the only draw back are big but the only one, all other games modes are fantastic especially re-living old famous fights and now having a certain time to do certain tasks in which as a man who doesn't really enjoy these modes spent a fair few hours before being sucked back into online or career mode.
I will review this review (haha) then send another much more detailed one but cause the game is new i thought that a review of this context was needed.
Final words : This game has polished every single are possible just about added everything anyone could think about adding and fixed everything needed to be fixed and right what was wrong, if you just want to spar or thinking about being a champ look no further this game provided for both this is a MUST PLAY GAME not for Fans of fighting and UFC/MMA but gaming fans.
Overall 9.0 (Amazing, Must Buy, Not what its cracked up to be but much better).
