I got this game quite cheap and only bought it for a laugh because i thought the ps2 turok was hilarious(dont ask me why). I hadn't read any reviews about this game and now that i have, i have to say im quite shocked by the amount of people who hate this game. I really dont understand why so many people have a problem with it, i think its a great game with fantastic graphics. Yes i agree that it is too hard in some parts but that only makes you more determind.

Anyway onto the review-

You start the game as Turok, a soldier who gets shunned by his fellow crew members as they think he's inexperienced and find it hard to trust him. The basic aim of the game is to go around the jungle fighting dinos and annoying human soldiers. The human enemies are the worst! They can be quite tricky to kill and they always seem to get an accurate shot when firing at you. The dinos can be used to attack the humans which can be quite helpful if you have several of them shooting at you.

You get a fair few weapons to choose from in the game, one being the bow and arrow which is useful for a quick quiet hit although it can be difficult to get an accurate shot at times. You also have a knife which you can use to attack dinos/humans from behind for a silent kill.

This game also has multiplayer which unfortunately i havent been able to try out yet.

Overall i think this game is very underrated and needs more credit, it has beautiful graphics,fantastic gameplay and is very challenging.Although this game doesnt have much replay value its still an awesome game! I would definitly recommend this game to anyone who likes good solid dinosaur fighting action!
