Streets of LA does not really pack much in it. But it is a descent game.

Its not a terrible game and it's certainly not great. Being the first True Crime game, It's not a bad shot for a new series of games. The gameplay is easy after you learn how to do things in the game. Like searching pedestrians for drugs or anything else that's illegal. The fighting in the game is not exciting. Because there is not a lot of options you can do with that. So that's a downer! The shooting in the game is alright. I like it how the character just kicks the gun up for the dual mode. The reloading time is fast. Also moving around with the guns or moving while shooting is alright to. So I'll give the shooting part some credit. The driving in the game is kind of difficult to learn to. It seems like everytime you hit something, whether it's a pedestrian or just a frickin mailbox, you lose points off of your karma lookin thingy (which tells how good or bad of a cop you are). The thing that really annoys me about the game. It seems like every other mission you either drive, shoot, or fight. Like if one mission if you are fighting. Then the next one would be driving. Then after that one would be shooting. And so on and so on. It's like a repeating pattern! The story of the game was good at the begining. But soon as you got half way through the game it kept getting dumber and dumber. Example, all the sudden while playing your trying to kill a big dragon in the game. At that point it just got effing stupid! The good part about this game is that after you've beatin' it, you can do side missions as well. Which can be fun. Or if you feel like roaming around you can do that to, obviously. The graphics in the game is good and so is the sound. I do like the soundtrack they put into this game (even though I only listen to the rock/metal part of it). Overall this game is not bad and it's certainly not great. But it's alright!
