Tron Evolution is one of those games that can be a great game if it didn't have some annoying issues.

Tron Evolution ties in between the original Tron film and the upcoming Tron Legacy film. Now let me say this now Tron Evolution is a good game mostly because the fun parts outshine the horribly boring and clumsy parts. So Evolution is when you take control of Aron, a virtual counterpart for Kevin Flynn. Now, I've never seen Tron but the game kinda assumes you have so it doesn't really give you a good rundown of the story. So since this is a beta mode, Aron can upgrade his discs for battle, like bomb discs (splash damage) or corruption discs (slowly lose health). This is just another part of the awesome combat and stunts in this game. Okay so combat is extremely good, aiming is pretty good, up-close hitting is well done, and light cycle sections are REALLY fun, but stay away from them if your on foot, SERIOUSLY stay away. Hey wait, you can also drive a light tank right? Yeah, but why would you want to? These sections were clumsy and just plain boring. All you did was drive while having to get past those menacing corners (I'm not joking) and shoot at the occasional enemy. The stunts in this game remind me of
Prince of Persia with all it's wall-runs and backflips. This makes the game a lot more fast paced and is a good thing. The camera is a problem with game, as it makes the game clunky. it will occasional jerk out when it doesn't see Aron doing a wall-run and tries to find him, which caused multiple deaths.
Multiplayer is one of the best parts of this game, as it has both AI and real opponents. AI is horrible they just sit there waiting to be de-rezzed. Real opponents are really good and with the stunts of jumping around and shooting discs at people, you can call a light-bike at any time to escape the action, something no one could do in the campaign. There really isn't anything else to explain in multiplayer, other than the same upgrade system, and a couple other game modes.
