I can describe trog in one word FUN!
Gameplay- Having only 1 gamemode, 50 levels, and each level only taking about 3 minutes it is a short game. But who cares. It gets you nervous if you think you might get eaten and has power ups like- T-REX, freeze basket, and flowers that make yourun faster. The one thin I really like about this game is that you can make it competitive but you can save the other player by punching him before he starts to eat him. I think the gameplay is short and the best.
Graphics- Ok I have to be fair. This is a 1990's game so the graphics are impressive. Playing this game not knowing it is a 16 year old game might make you think the graphics are horrible but however thinks that is wrong. The graphics are 32 bit but 16 years ago kids would gasp at the graphics.
Sound- The sound is sort of funny. If you kill a monster it will fly off the screen sounding like an airplane hystericly. I also like the music for some reason. Most people hate it but I sort of enjoy the music.
Value- I can't give it anything else than a 10. When you play it you beat it soon and if you didn't get more points than your opponent or just want to play again I guarentee you will play it about 1 more time after evrytime you play it. Also the reason I say 100 or more hours on the Time spent is because you play it over and over.

Anyway this is a terrific game and I reccommend it to anybody with an NES andd if you don't the game and system are discontinued. I have no clue why because the game and system would be sold out soon. Get this game. i can tell you one thing, this game is NES, Never Ever Sucky
