TMSX is the expansion that focuses purely on speed and stunts, which in this case is a winning combination.
Soon, I was able to acquire the eXtreme expansion from the Internet, and I played THAT for days...weeks...months...
As with Trackmania Original before it, TMSX ups the ante with more blocks (including a whole new set of road pieces for Bay), red boosters (double the speed of the yellow ones), more MediaTracker features and a new game mode "Stunts".
When you enter the game, you are greeted with an intro (finally! :P), and an enticing one with that. The video, created by one of the game series' fans, Starbuck, is filled with flips, spins, leaps and more, and it suceeds in showing its frantic mood.
The new Stunts mode is, well, for doing stunts in. And obviously, the more spinning or flipping or barrel rolling you do, the higher your score gets. Try and find different ways to use blocks to maximise point score.
All of this, and a little more, is the call of Trackmania Sunrise eXtreme. Will you accept the charges?
