Decent platformer with some fun little gimmicks, but fails to grab your attention and stand out

A bunny named Babs has big dreams of becoming a star, so she takes off on her quest for fame. Some concerned friends are worried that she might get into trouble and decide to follow her. You have the option of choosing 1 of 3 characters to play as; Buster Bunny, Plucky Duck, and Hampton Pig. Switching between characters is optional, but isn't required. The only difference between the characters is the weapon they hold. Buster throws a carrot that travels in parabolic trajectory. Plucky throws a pineapple that bounces of the ground and into the air. While Hampton can roll a watermelon on the ground, these different foods take out enemies. If you run out food to throw then you can get more by jumping on blocks and playing mini-games.

You have 2 hearts as health, meaning two hits. You can replenish your hearts throughout the game if you can find them, you may even find a big heart which will increase your health by 1 heart. The only purpose of collecting gems is to spend them on mini-games.

Before each level Babs tells you who you need to find in order to complete the level, shes talking to herself, but is actually referring to you the player. The gameplay is slow-paced with high jumping, you run into enemies and collect gems, with your main objective to find the character who will assist. Along the way you will find tunnels that you can go down that usually lead to the person you are trying to look for, they also lead to enjoyable mini-games. The 2 mini-games are a racing one and a whack-the-mole imitation. In the racing you select 1 of 3 opponents to race against. Each NPC is different in difficulty and the reward your given. With your new addition to the team you can finally move on to complete the level, once you reach a certain the character will come out and a short cut-scene is initiated. So you don't actually control the character, but their cut-scenes are entertaining. If you've seen the show you'll recognize these characters.

Speaking of the show, you will notice familiar soundtracks throughout the game, and the game did a good job of matching the characters, especially with the dialogue. The sprites were well and this game has plenty of charm to it.

Now at the end of the level comes a boss battle, they are fun, sometimes difficult, but simple to figure out. The game is considerable short considering that there are only 4 levels. However a games length never bothers me as long as its replayable, and I can see myself playing Tiny Toon Adventures: Babs' Big Break again. This game was a nice addition to the platforming genre with charms of its' own to make it different. In the end you never end up catching up to Babs so you wonder how she was able to get through those dangerous levels?

Final notes:
> Great platformer with variety
> Enjoyable characters
> Extremely short
> Fun mini-games
> Not much else to say about this game wasn't bad but wasn't good
