Hole In One!
The difficulty settings make it great for parties with novices (or non-golfers) and yet challenging for the more serious hackers. The putting can be easy if left on the All-Play and Classic settings, but with increased difficulty and the Precision Putting mechanics it becomes almost too realistic... which is not a gripe. You just have to play enough to get used to it, just as would on a real course.
I wasn't blown away by the graphics, but I suppose that has more to do with the Wii processor capabilities than the game design. The courses, from what I've seen so far, are quite true to life, and the harder ones (i.e. Bethpage Black) might just drive you nuts if you don't use the All-Play difficulty setting. But that's the way it should be... accessable enough on easy settings, but a true depiction of the game on harder levels.
