The warriors is a great game that has style, substance, and amazing gameplay all rolled into one.

There hasnt been that many good beat ' em ups latley. But the warriors was able to change that thought for me, as it delivers a fantastic experience that has a great story, and solid gameplay. The warriors will get you so connected to the characters,(you get to play as each character) and it will keep you coming back for more, because the story is so intruging, its hard for you to stop playing, as you want to see what is going to happen next. There is also many bonus missions in the game, which show you how each character joined up with the gang, and the game has fantastice co-operative mode, and rumble mode(multi-player) where you are allowed to create your own gang and duke it out. There are many gangs in the story, and it feels intresting when you get introduced to a new one every once in a while. The games story is great, although i am not going to say anything. Just that you are in a gang, and the city around you is full of gangs, and you'll have to watch your back the whole way through.....

Pros: Great story,lots of modes,long lasting,fun and ingaging.
Cons: Graphics are not really good; its great, but more could have been added.

Gameplay
The gameplay is excellent. The game is the first great beat em up to come out in a while. The combo's are great. Although rockstar could have taken the easy way out, they put a great combat system in, and the game works out well, as you cant just mash on the controller and beat the game.

Graphics
The graphics are not that great in the warriors. Although rockstar never normally has good graphics, and it could be that there is just so much packed into the game that they didnt have time for it. They are not horribly disgusting, just not to fresh.

Sound
The sound is really great. All the music matches well when your fighting each gang, and the voice overs for all the main charaters are awesome, and they work well with the diffrent type of cultural gangs.

Value
The game is worth your money. Not only is there just so much to unlock, but once you do it, youll just want to play, play play. The way the game is played out is just so fun, you'll always want to come back for more.

Last words
The warriors is a fantastic game. The story is great, and the gameplay works well to back it up. You'll never want to stop playing. It took me about 13-14 hours to complete the game on the normal setting.
Really, i just hope this game gets the support it deserves. Its a way over the stamdard action experience that shouldnt be missed.
