Ea and Playfish should be ashamed of themselves.
The game launched badly, many people was unable to play the game for over a week, people losing real life money for stupid reasons and a whole host of gamebreaking bugs, to make matters even worse - EA released a statement promising 150 sim cash to all players affected by all the problems, it was a complete and utter fabrication, only a very-very small handful of players ever received this sim cash.
The ticket submission is also handled really badly too, I submitted several 'outsourced' tickets to someone who obviously was in India and I had a hard time understanding his/her replies, eventually my ticket was escalated to a proper EA GM, who never responded after giving further information.
