A simpsons version of Crazy Taxi with more hype.

The Simpsons Road Rage was one of those games that I got for Christmas and only played long enough to beat it and realized that there isn't much more to it after that. It's definately similar to Crazy Taxi and once you get your routes down its an easy game to get outrageous scores just by picking people up and dropping them off. It falls short of Crazy Taxi however on a number of places. First off the characters pretty much always go to the same places over and over and over again so when you pick up Marge for instance you know she is pretty much bound for the grocery store or one of her other pre designated areas depending on which level you play. Secondly there are so many glitches it kind of makes you sick after playing for a while. Last, it just seems that it could have been better if someone somewhere had put a little more time and thought into the constructs of the game. Overall its pretty bland and makes for a few hours of fun max, just make sure you have lots of marijuana and some free time. Buy it, try it, if you don't like it, fry it.
