Whether I have bad tastes in games, or this is just an extremely addicting game.

User Rating: 8.5 | The Lord of the Rings: Conquest X360
LOTR: Conquest is one of those games that will remind you of the first time playing Starwars: Battlefront, and you will be easily sucked into the great story, graphics, and characters.

Storyline
Self-explanatory, it's 'bout Lord of the Rings.

Campaign
This is probably my favorite feature of this game. There are so many maps, heroes and missions you must use and win to continue on in this grasping story. Each map is increasingly different, and the way you can play it is always different with each character. Each map has a boss, a few goals to complete and LOTS of bad guys. Running through mobs of bad guys feels like you're a god, but sadly you're reminded you actually have a reason to be playing this map. There are two campaigns, Good and Evil, each one has different characters, heroes, giants, and maps to play and win.

Difficulty
This kind of game, in some conditions, takes a little stroll down Trial and Error lane. You will be dying lots, and the difficulty gets increasingly harder as the game goes on. Even though it gets annoying to finally get to the goal and dying, it's fun to pick up your sword and just keep on charging.

Instant Action
An option in where you choose maps out of (20?) different locations, and choose what kind of gametype you want it to be. Team Deathmatch, Capture the Ring, Hero-Deathmatch, and of course, Conquest. You can also change the mass of NPC's, which can be quite entertaining, and change the difficulty.

Multiplayer
Like Campaign, but more intriguing and a bit more challenging. This doesn't mean its frustrating though- It's extremely fun to just run in and blow people up. And, if your the best player in a server, you get a chance to become a hero, and each hero has a unique variety of powers. The connection is always good too, and you never feel lagged.

Overall
Addicting Gameplay, challenging atmosphere of combat, a unique range of characters, lots of maps, a few gametypes, and an awesome piece of Multiplayer. I have played this game for a whole year, and I plan to for a long time.
