I really hope that Nintendo releases this game on the Virtual Console for the Wii. I sold the game when I was younger and have regretted it ever since. This was (is) my favorite NES game and always will be. The gameplay is addictive and I guarantee that once you start, you will play for hours. The strategic plot is compelling and the simple weapons choices fit well with the overall theme of the game. Plus, a Cyndi Lauper inspired soundtrack lends itself nicely to the 8-bit platform and makes playing the game that much more fun. For those that have seen the movie (if you haven't...shame), this game incorporates the adventurous nature of the film with classic gameplay to produce one of the best games ever made. For all you old-school gamers, this is a must-have for your collection. Enjoy!
