this is one of the best role playing game i've ever played!
NO THIS IS NOT A DOG SIMULATOR. it's an ADVENTURE GAME. it's really a role playing game that is very similar to the legend of zelda games. it's very fun! so if you like zelda, try this game out!
time to x-plane teh plot! so, the plot is like, your little brother/sister is dying from some sickness, and the only cure for the sickness is to put teh legendary flower in front of your little brother/sister's face and let them inhale the pollen (but what if they're allergic to pollen?). but, the only way to find the legendary flower is to become a sniff master, which means YOU GOTZ TO SNIFF EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD, not including cocaine, cheese or farts. but at the same time, you have to find your lost father, bring a little bug back to his planet, and the world is falling apart, so u must keep the world from breaking into a thousand pieces!
let me describe teh gameplay for u. like, you play as a dog (you get to choose what dog you want), you run around these random world, sniffing around for hidden items in the ground, and you help other dogs and complete any random side quests that you can. there's lots of different things to do in this game. like, you can go fishing, catch butterflies, buy things using dog treats, do challenges against evil dogz, and kill any random animals by barking at them! WOO HOO!!
wait. does that sound weird to you? well, if it does, then you would think that this game is weird when you play it.
the graphics in this game are pretty good. like, everything has nice detail, but nothing looks real. the graphics could have been much better, but they're good the way they are. well, to me they are. and the level designs are good as well. sure, some of the levels are confusing, but they're still very nicely made.
the controls are kinda confusing when you first play the game. like, you don't use the nunchuck in this game, which is unusual for an rpg for the wii. like, you walk by holding down the b button and aiming the wii mote at the direction you want your dog to walk in. you dig by waving the wii mote, you bring up the menu with the + button, bark with the - button, use the + pad to scroll through the menus, use the a button to sniff for the hidden items, and the 1 and 2 buttons are used for camera control. and i think that's it. well, i don't really like the way you make the dog walk in this game because sometimes, the game will think you're pointing the wii mote in a direction that you're not pointing it in, and it gets all messed up. and the digging controls are too sensitive. like, you're supposed to wave the wii mote twice to get the dog to dig (that's what the tutorial in the game says) but if you wave it once, the dog will still dig, and i think that's weird. 0_o
the music in this game is very nice. like, it's so well done that you can't wish for better music in this game because the music in this game is the bestest music ever heard in a video game besides the music in any of the guitar hero or rock band games. ok. so maybe you can wish for this game to have better music.
