My pros:
The simplified combo system, the rage arts and the new characters are great addition to the new Tekken 7. The new Revenge Match online option is great too.
My cons:
Lei's missing, some of the newest characters are annoying and overpowered at certain point. Online issues. The penalty system is annoying and punishes those who don't deserve to be punished sometimes. Josie Rizal's legs are too short which may lead to some combo failures when you are fighting against her. The loading screens remind me of Tekken 6. Doesn't offer many offline modes.
To me this is the best Tekken since Tekken 5, I wish the story mode was longer , but you won't going to need much if you want to play online competitively !
