A nice piece of nostalgia for the true turtle fan.

Anyone who grew up in the late eighties/ early ninties will undoubtedly remember either playing Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles in their local arcade, reading the original graphic novels or watching the toned down but still hilarious animated cartoon show. Well if you do then you owe it to yourself to download this trip down memory lane. This side scrolling beat-em up emulates the arcade version perfectly and allows you to play as one of the four ninja turtles as they fight Foot soldiers, mutants, robots, aliens and the evil Shredder all in a quest for honor and a hot slice of pizza. Gameplay is fairly simple with only one button for attack and another for jumping. The real challenge comes from trying to see if you can get through the story without dying repeatedly which is very tough. The game is also very short so unless you're really a fan of the series you may come away feeling gypped by the lack of substance. For turtle fans though this is a great way to relive a totally radical arcade game from way back.
