Syphon Filter Dark Mirror is easly the best game on PSP yet!
Well now both systems are in there sophomore year and this time it seems Sony has a few cards up its sleeves to pull itself into the race. This first of these Sony projects is the return of Gabe Logan in the highly anticipated sequel to the Syphon Filter saga with Syphon Filter Dark Mirror.

First of all the Graphics are absolutely stunning, with great lighting effects, wonderful character graphics, full motion cinematics with jaw dropping effects. Not to mention the game has full voice work, and wonderful audio. This one definitely shows off what the PSP is capable of.
But not only is the games graphics and sound great, but the gameplay is amazing as well. Finally they've returned to what made the series so great. The first 2 Syphon Filters were classic PS1 titles, but the 3rd game, and Omega Strain were truly pretty crappy. But this time your Gabe Logan, and Leon, and the rest of the gang are all back!
The action is a perfect blend of stealth and pure action, while the stealth isn't as good as that of Metal Gear or Splinter Cell, it still makes for a good infusion. But what makes Syphon Filter work so great is that it actually has a control scheme that works for the game, and not only works, but the game actually controls perfectly!
This makes the action all the more fun, because it won't be a pain to take down your foes, and the cover and shoot mechanism works perfectly with this control scheme. The Story mode is filled with a whole lot of variety tons of high powerful weaponry, and fun boss battles. Along with that the story is quite interesting, and the cut scenes are expertly done. On top of the great single player is an extremely addicting Online Multiplayer mode which is a ton of fun.
And there is also a lot of extras and unlockable stuff in the game as well. By finding hidden documents, and accomplishing side missions, it will unlock secret weapons, bonus missions and more! This makes the replay value super high because you will want to unlock everything
This is without a doubt the single best PSP game to date, and not only that but one of the finest handheld games around. And its the best Syphon Filter yet! I Highly Highly Recommend this awesome addition to the PSP's library bring on more games like this Sony!
