BUY THIS GAME!
STORY 8/10- Overall the story is very fun and intresting but can be a little long winded at times(mainly with Geddoe's crew IMO). I thought that being able to play to chapter 3 with 3 different characters was a very nice feature and it allowed you to see different sides of the same story from other characters point of views.
GRAPHICS 10/10- I love the graphics in this game! The details are very well done, i noticed the clothes had A LOT of detail and the where distinguished too they werent all smudged together, along with the kingdoms, forests ect.
GAMEPLAY 9/10- The gameplay i found to be very entertaining, it has everything a basic rpg has, shops, armories, magic ect. But the best thing i noticed was that there wasn't a random battle every 3 steps which makes you want to play the game for just a little longer then you intend too because your not wasting your time on tidius battles when you dont need the EXP, or money! I know people had mixed reactions about how the battle system got changed but it really didn't make the game any less enjoyable to me, you get have your six characters in a party and if you make the right match ups you can do combo attacks which gives you a little bit more to work with in choosing your party.
SOUND 7/10- I dont know about you guys but the music doesn't make that big of an imact on me as it does with some other gamers, dont get me wrong i love listening to it but all because a game has bad music doesn't mean im not gonna play it and enjoy it! To me Suikoden 3 sound is very suddle through out most of the game.
REPLAY 9/10- AWSOME! Depending on if you chose to gather the 108stars of destiny or get the ultimate armor and such theres so much to do in this game. Not to mention Thomas's side story or deciding who you want to be the Flame Champion to complete the game.
OVERALL- Buy this game, some people may be bashing on it but if you take the time and read the story and figure out all the mechanincs of the game it is very enjoyable.
