Star Wars is a fun game. Graphics are excellent and gameplay can be frantic and compelling. However it soon becomes clear that only a 1/4 of a game was given. A few "free" maps after launch did not come close to making this game value for money. The lack of offline modes and campaign is criminal. Skirmish was added eventually but did nothing to add to the enjoyment of the game. EA was one of my favourite publishers but with ripping people off with lack of content, ruining PGA Tour, no fight night releases and the big rip offs they have released in mobile gaming has made me think twice about buying anything they release now. I will only consider Battlefront 2 as I am a huge Star Wars fan but I will not preoder after being let down with my previous preorders, Rory McIlroy and Battkefront. And I will make sure I try before I buy the next installment. EA and their developers need to up their game big time.

If Star Wars Battlefront gets one thing right that would be a very simple and accessible entry level of gameplay where everyone can pick a blaster and kill rebel/imperial scum! The game doesn't require anything difficult... Read Full Review
